Restore your body.
Calm your mind.
Settle your system.
Find your Self.
A body-based approach to regulating your nervous system and easing pain and stress patterns.
Work With Your Body,
It’s the ally you’ve been waiting for.
When life is a lot, your body carries the weight.
Most of us were never taught how stress actually lives in the body. So we push through, ignore the signals, or try to think our way out of what we’re feeling.
Over time, that strain builds showing up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or shutdown.
Your nervous system is always working to protect you. When life feels like too much, it shifts into survival patterns either amp up into anxiety and restlessness or shut down into exhaustion and disconnection.
These aren’t problems to fix. They’re signals.
Learning to listen and work with your body can change how you feel and how you move through your life.

Why this work is important
This work isn’t about feeling less.
It’s about building the capacity to feel more without becoming overwhelmed or burned out.
To move through difficult emotions, stay grounded during challenges, and respond in ways that align with who you want to be.
Stress affects your whole system your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical body.
When it isn’t processed, it accumulates. Your nervous system can become stuck in patterns of activation (anxiety, tension) or shutdown (fatigue, disconnection).
By understanding how your system responds, you can begin to recognize stress earlier and use simple, practical tools to return to balance and prevent the dis-ease that these dysregulated states cause.
Pain is often protection, not damage.
Chronic pain often develops within this same system: an overprotective, sensitized nervous system sending ongoing danger signals, even when the body has healed.
Combined with inconsistent movement or fear-avoidance patterns, this can keep you stuck in pain loops. With understanding, and more importantly consistent practice, you can gently retrain your system, restore a sense of safety, improve movement patterns, and reduce pain without assuming your body is broken or needs to be “fixed".
The Heart & Hands Behind the Work
I’m Pam, a body-based practitioner working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, chronic pain, and somatic awareness. I help you feel more at home in your body.
My work helps you understand what’s happening in your body under stress and how to shift those patterns using practical and simple tools.
Through manual techniques, simple education, somatic awareness, movement, and IFS-informed conversation, you’ll begin to understand why your system reacts the way it does and what to do about it.
Together, we create a space where your body and mind can stop working against each other and start working together.
So you can move through your days with more comfort, clarity, and presence.

Whole System Care
Stop Managing Symptoms
Stress shows up in many forms physical, emotional, and mental and all of them affect how you move, think, and feel,
Once you understand it, you can begin to work with it. And small shifts in how you work with your body can change a lot.

Pam is amazing and I highly recommend her. Her massages are excellent and she intuitively knows what areas need attention. In addition to massage Pam has helped me with my hip arthritis and SI joint pain. She has taught me strengthening, balance and stretching exercises. and done a lot of bodywork with me. I have had a lot of improvement in my mobility and pain relief. I'm so glad I found her.
Girls with Figures
She is a very patient and caring woman and she really listens. I know this because of the feedback she gives me and the spot on educational information she teaches in sessions. The information is helpful and interesting, she keeps it simple but it always amazes me!!! If something is troubling you and you can’t seem to figure it out yourself, I would strongly recommend you work with Pam she truly cares about people.
