Work With Your Body,
It’s the ally you’ve been waiting for.
When life is heavy, your body carries the weight.
The stress of daily life, constant noise, and difficult times can quietly take a toll on you mentally, emotionally, and physically. You might notice more tension, nagging pain, or a mind that won't stop spinning. Maybe you feel on edge, overwhelmed, or just not quite like yourself, and you aren’t "bouncing back" the way you used to.
Maybe you’ve spent years pushing through, taking care of others, and doing what needed to be done. But now, your body is asking for something different.
Most of us were never taught how the nervous system works, or the toll a dysregulated system can take on our health and well-being.

Why this work is important
Your system is designed to keep you safe.
Your brain is always scanning for threats and sending signals through your body. Those "little alarms" can show up as the "Amped Up" state (anxiety, overwhelm, worry) or the "Shut Down" state (burnout, avoidance, numbness).
When your system stays in these protective patterns, it affects how you think, feel, and respond. This isn’t a personal failure; it’s a nervous system that has been under pressure for too long.
Chronic pain often develops within this same system: an overprotective, sensitized nervous system that keeps sending danger signals even after the body has healed. Combined with fear-avoidance patterns, this can keep you stuck in a loop of discomfort.
The good news is: your system can be retrained. This work isn't about "feeling less" it’s about building the capacity and resilience to handle life’s challenges from a place of empowerment. By learning how to work with your body, complete the stress cycle, and return to a balanced state, you can begin to feel calm, clear, and in control again.

The Heart & Hands Behind the Work
I’m Pam, a body-mind practitioner dedicated to helping you feel at home in your body. Working at the intersection of nervous system health and chronic pain, I help you decode the signals your body is sending and give you the tools to respond.
Using a "body buffet" of manual therapy, guided somatic awareness, and IFS-informed dialogue, we work to quiet the "little alarms" of stress and pain. We’ll bridge the gap between your physical sensations and your mental well-being, moving you out of protective patterns and into a state of ease.
The goal is simple: to help you move through the world with more comfort, clarity, and moxie.

Whole System Care
Stop Managing Symptoms
Stress impacts you physically, emotionally, and mentally affecting how you feel, move, think, and experience life. Understanding how your system works, and having simple tools to reset and restore your body, can be the missing piece you’ve been looking for.
This work is for you if:
You feel stuck in ongoing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout.
You notice patterns of pushing through, numbing out, or checking out.
You’re navigating life's hard transitions (loss, caregiving, changing roles, or aging).
You’re ready to stop “sucking it up” and start showing up for yourself.
You want simple practices that actually work in real life (not just another thing on your to-do list).
You want body-based tools to expand your capacity and build resilience.
Together, we work to:
Turn down the volume on pain, stress, and internal alarms.
Learn to gently sit with uncomfortable sensations without getting overwhelmed.
Use movement as medicine to restore ease and confidence in your body.
Support your nervous system in returning to balance and regulation.
Stay grounded and steady even during stressful or uncertain times.

She is a very patient and caring woman and she really listens. I know this because of the feedback she gives me and the spot on educational information she teaches in sessions. The information is helpful and interesting, she keeps it simple but it always amazes me!!! If something is troubling you and you can’t seem to figure it out yourself, I would strongly recommend you work with Pam she truly cares about people.
