Most of us were never taught how to work with stress, anxiety, or pain held in the body, only how to push through or ignore it. Over time, that strain builds. You might notice tension or discomfort, trouble sleeping, or getting caught in worried and unhelpful thinking patterns. Maybe you feel on edge, overwhelmed, shut down, or react in ways that don’t quite feel like you.
When your system stays on high alert, it can be harder to feel present, connected, and clear. You may find yourself zoning out, overthinking, feeling moody, or struggling to follow through on what matters most.
True change happens when your body is brought into conversation with your mind (even if you aren’t on speaking terms right now). In our work together, I use bodywork, somatic awareness, guided IFS-informed dialogue, and practical nervous system reset tools to help you explore how your life shows up in your body—and how to expand your capacity to stay with it, feel more grounded, and respond in new ways.

Hi, I’m Pam, a body-mind practitioner for pain, stress and nervous system support. My decades of experience in physical therapy, bodywork, and wellness coaching helps me create a compassionate space, where your body’s wisdom and your mind can work together.
Through hands-on support, somatic tools, and guided inquiry, I help you understand stress and pain, how they show up in your body, and what to do about it.
Together, we work to ease pain, release tension, complete the stress cycle, and restore harmony so you can move through life with more comfort, clarity, and confidence.
