Find your Self.

Therapeutic, body-based work and practical tools to help regulate your nervous system and break the pain–stress cycle at its root.

Work With Your Body,

It’s the ally you’ve been waiting for.

Most of us were never taught how to understand the language of stress or how it actually lives in our bodies. Instead, we learn to push through, ignore the signals, or try to "think" our way out of it. Over time, that constant strain builds up and starts to wear on you.

Stress has a way of showing up as physical tension in your body and constant noise in your mind. Whether you feel clenched and on edge or heavy and checked out, those are signals from a system that is simply overwhelmed. It’s hard to feel like yourself when your nervous system is stuck in "protection mode."

Your body is always working to keep you safe. When life feels like "too much," your system registers a threat and shifts into protective patterns either amping things up into anxiety and restlessness or shutting things down into exhaustion and disconnect.

Your body speaks through these sensations and learning how to listen can change everything.

The Heart & Hands Behind the Work

I’m Pam, a body-mind practitioner with decades of experience in physical therapy, bodywork, and wellness coaching.
I’m here to help you feel more at home in your body.

Together, we create a compassionate space where your body’s wisdom and your mind can finally stop arguing and start collaborating.

Through manual techniques, simple education, somatic awareness tools, and guided IFS-informed conversation, you’ll begin to understand why your system reacts the way it does and what to do about it.

So you can move through your days with more comfort, clarity, and presence and keep your own cup filled along the way.

Whole System Care

Stop Managing Symptoms

Stress shows up in many forms physical, emotional, and mental and all of them affect how you move, think, and feel.

Physically, it may look like chronic pain, tension, or discomfort, fatigue or restlessness, and symptoms that don’t always seem connected. Emotionally, it can show up as anxiety or racing thoughts, overwhelm or shutdown, reactivity, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others.

Once you understand it, you can begin to work with it. And small shifts in how you work with your body can change a lot.

This work is for you if:

  • You feel stuck in ongoing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout

  • You notice patterns of pushing through, numbing out, or distraction

  • You’re navigating life hard transitions such as loss, caregiving, shifting roles, or changes with aging

  • You’re ready to stop “sucking it up” and start showing up for yourself

  • You want simple practices that actually work in real life (not just something else to think about)

  • You want body-based tools to expand your capacity and build resilience

Together, we work to:

  • Turn down the volume on pain, stress, and internal alarms

  • Learn to gently sit with uncomfortable sensations and emotions without getting overwhelmed

  • Use movement as medicine to restore ease and confidence in your body

  • Support your nervous system in returning to balance and regulation

  • Build the capacity to stay more grounded and steadier during stressful or uncertain times

Pam is amazing and I highly recommend her. Her massages are excellent and she intuitively knows what areas need attention. In addition to massage Pam has helped me with my hip arthritis and SI joint pain. She has taught me strengthening, balance and stretching exercises. and done a lot of bodywork with me. I have had a lot of improvement in my mobility and pain relief. I'm so glad I found her.

Girls with Figures

She is a very patient and caring woman and she really listens. I know this because of the feedback she gives me and the spot on educational information she teaches in sessions. The information is helpful and interesting, she keeps it simple but it always amazes me!!! If something is troubling you and you can’t seem to figure it out yourself, I would strongly recommend you work with Pam she truly cares about people.
